Expressionists

Last week despite my better judgement, I introduced my students to the art of Jackson Pollock. Needless to say, they LOVED the mess, and asked me over and over when we could make abstract pictures again :) Besides the fact that any clothes I wore to teach are totally cover in paint splatter, it was such a treat to show them a style of art that I love so much. Here are some photos of the process, although I don't know why I thought having my phone out as kids were flinging paint was such a good idea....
